Returns cannot be identified and processed without a return form and original order invoice included with returned items.



  1. Start a return through our Returns Center above, submitting your order number and the email address used at checkout within 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, providing more details within the comment section to help our team identify and accelerate your return upon it's arrival.
  3. Choose your preferred resolution from the options provided. For an exchange, please select your preferred size for the requested replacement.
  4. Safely package your item(s) along with the order invoice, following the return instructions & within your return approved email.


All eligible returns of products purchased at must be requested through our Returns Center within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns registered outside of this return period can not be approved and any item(s) returned without being submitted and approved through the Return Center will not be approved.

    • All item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with original hangtags attached and without any signs of damage or marks.

    • An order invoice must accompany each return to help identify your return and as proof of payment. This can be found within your order package or you can choose to print the original order confirmed email and include it within your return.

    • Discontinued lines, items marked as 'Final Sale' and items included within our 'Only Sale Event of the Year' are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    • Gift card and digital E-gift cards are exempt from returns.

    • All exchange requests are subject to available inventory. Due to the limited nature of products, those that are unavailable for exchange will be refunded in full.

    • Returns of undergarments are unable to be accepted for health and hygiene reasons. These items will state the no-returns policy within the product description.

    • Items purchased at an outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned through These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

    • All garments are subject to inspection for authenticity purposes and in line with this returns policy.

    • All returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by our team.

In the event that returned items are found not to be in a suitable condition, we will refuse the return and contact you to arrange a return which you will need to cover.
