These Terms and Conditions apply to all countries and territories which V3 Apparel ship to. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering Products online from V3 Apparel.com.

Applicability

You are reading these Terms and Conditions because you are using V3 Apparel’s website digital experience, social media platform, mobile app, wearable technology, or one of our other products or services, all of which are part of V3 Apparel’s Platform (“Platform”)

These Terms and Conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and V3 Apparel and its affiliates (which we may refer to as “V3 Apparel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding orders placed for products available on the Platform. 

Please read these terms carefully and check that the details of your order are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

1. In General

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

This Website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by V3 Apparel (the "Linked Sites"). V3 Apparel has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility or liability for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site

2. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at V3Apparel.com/pages/privacy-policy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating account information for accuracy and completeness.

3. Prohibitions

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. V3 Apparel will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this Website for commercial purposes, ('screen scraping') is prohibited without license.

4. Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of V3 Apparel or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by V3 Apparel and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by V3 Apparel or its licensors.

5. Terms of Sale

You need an email address to place an order, and you may need to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups in order to be able to use all the functionalities of the Platform, which includes designing customized items, adding items to your shopping bag and submitting your order. 

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

You can find the available payment methods for each country below. We do not accept any method of payment other than those listed below. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified there. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this action. 

V3 Apparel retains title in any product(s) until we have received full payment for such product(s).

The product prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), as applicable. Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to. For details on shipping rates per country see the

The total price specified in the final checkout screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency. 

If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control. 

The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Platform. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation.

V3 Apparel aim to dispatch orders placed before 2 pm GMT the same day, Monday to Friday. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. By shopping at V3Apparel.com you accept that any package that has been confirmed as lost in transit by the courier (or without a tracking update and in transit over 4 weeks), will be reshipped to you free of charge as a first port of call due to this being the fault of your chosen courier. A refund will only be issued to you following a failure by the courier to deliver the original package and replacement package. By purchasing through V3 Apparel.com or any of it’s affiliates you accept the terms and conditions set out therein.

Delivery times provided are recommended delivery timeframes by the respective courier in which they aim to deliver. These are recommended delivery timeframes only and cannot be guaranteed as external factors may occasionally impact delivery times. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.

V3 Apparel does not ship on UK Public Holidays.

Where possible, we try to deliver all items which you have ordered at the same time. However, please note there may be instances in which the products are sent in split shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an email to the email address provided by you at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs. 

V3 Apparel have no control and take no responsibility over the delivery method. Delivery is completed on the completion of loading the Order onto the courier, after which, V3 Apparel are no longer responsible and have no control over the delivery of the order by a third party. Customers who choose a non-tracked delivery service at V3Apparel.com acknowledge that the full responsibility for delivery is passed to the courier once the order has been loaded onto their system. By selecting this option, customers accept that V3Apparel cannot provide any tracking information for the shipment, and any delays or failures to deliver are the responsibility of the courier. Additionally, customers must understand that in the event of any issues with the delivery process, they must contact the courier directly to resolve the matter.

Please ensure you thoroughly check all delivery information when placing your order as V3 Apparel are unable to amend your order information once the order has been processed. V3 Apparel are also unable to reimburse or cover any costs as a result of misinformation provided during checkout, this includes, but not limited to, the full address entered incorrectly, only part of an address being provided, no contact information, For deliveries made to a correct address but not received, V3 Apparel will arrange a redelivery for returned packages or arrange a new delivery as a replacement for packages confirmed by the courier to be missing in transit. In instances whereby a delivery or redelivery cannot be made, upon safe return of the order, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% handling fee of the order subtotal will be deducted from any final refund. This deduction also includes any orders originally purchased with free shipping.

V3 Apparel are a UK based company, trading Worldwide. All orders processed through V3Apparel.com may be liable to receiving international transaction charges by your bank. V3 Apparel are not responsible for these additional charges and do not receive this charge in any form. Please contact your bank before processing a payment to avoid any additional charges as a result of international exchanges.

In order to contract with V3 Apparel you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. V3 Apparel retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and V3 Apparel reserves the right to close your V3 Apparel account at its sole discretion. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be V3 Apparel or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party V3 Apparel is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18’s.

Should your order flag on V3 Apparel’s system with a fraudulent marker, V3 Apparel reserves the right to withhold the Order until the point the customer has confirmed their Order and payment details. Should no response be provided, V3 Apparel reserve the right to cancel any order without further notice.

a. Our Contract

When you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been shipped.  You will then receive confirmation of fulfilment email.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email and offer you an alternative if applicable.

b. Our Right to Reject or Cancel Your Order

Fulfilment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons: Product is unavailable, not in stock, incorrect billing information or not verifiable/Your order is flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent, or unusual/we have reason to believe you are selling our products with no prior agreement to do so/could not deliver to address provided/due to an event outside our control/in the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.

V3 Apparel does not ship to PO Box delivery addresses. Orders placed with a PO Box delivery address will be held until the customer provides an alternative suitable delivery address.

c. Cancellation

After placing an order on V3Apparel.com, we cannot change or cancel your order after it has been placed as we begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with our returns and refund policy.

You may cancel your order at any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day after the goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) at the time of the order being placed and in accordance with our returns and refund policy.

Your legal right to cancel the Contract starts from the date of the shipping confirmation, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the product(s) have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you or your nominated neighbour receives the order.

You can request to cancel your order by contacting our customer support team at Support@V3Apparel.com only. Please include your order number, full name and delivery address. A support member will then request a cancellation of your order and if successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with our returns and refund policy.

If a cancellation request is made when the product(s) are delivered, dispatched or in transit, you will be required to accept delivery of your order and start a returns process for your order through our normal returns procedure before a cancellation request can be accepted. You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us and must cover the cost of returning any product(s).

Upon successful receipt of the returned order and if the returned products are faulty and in line with our returns policy, we will accept your cancellation request and issue a full refund to you. If you are returning any product(s) to us for any other reason than the products being faulty, a refund will be issued for the order total only.

d. Returns and Refund Policy

If for whatever reason you are not happy with a product you ordered, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You can invoke your right of withdrawal by informing us through our returns center within 30 days your desire to return the items.  

If you use your right of withdrawal, you have an obligation to return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the day on which you have communicated to us that you invoke your right of withdrawal.

Returns registered outside of this return period cannot be approved and any item(s) returned without first being submitted and approved through the Return Center will not be accepted. Products shipped to a V3 Apparel premises without first being submitted and accepted through our Returns Center will not be processed and delivery of the package back to the customers address will need to be arranged by the customer, with any related charges covered by the customer.

Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered. You must therefore ensure that the Products are intact and complete, and not used in any way other than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the products (meaning that you are allowed to try garments on for fit, but you cannot wear or wash them), the products must not be damaged or used in any way, and returned in their original packaging, equipped with all the labels and hang tags attached which they were received with. If you do not comply with the foregoing and the value of the product diminishes as a consequence thereof, we can hold you liable for such diminished value. In the event whereby any product has had any labels or hang tags broken, damaged or removed, the return of this product will not be accepted. An order invoice must also accompany each return to help identify your return and to act as proof of payment. This can be found within your order package. Packages returned without the required identifying paperwork may experience delays or may not be processed.

Return requests must be submitted separately per order, grouping only items from the same original order together within a return parcel. Mixed items from separate orders and therefore separate return requests cannot be processed due to the confusion and delays this will cause. In the event whereby items from multiple orders are returned together in the same parcel, all related return requests will subsequently be rejected.

Return requests cannot be accepted for undergarments, gift card or digital E-gift cards, discontinued lines, personalised products or items marked as 'Final Sale' and sale items purchased within our any sale events. Items purchased at a 'pop-up shop', outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned through V3Apparel.com. These items are not the responsibility of V3 Apparel and may only be returned to the store of the original purchase following the companies own return procedure.

Any items returned with a pre-paid return label provided by V3 Apparel and found to have been damaged or lost in transit will be refunded the full original product value paid at the time of purchase and issued back to the original payment method. Customers may be asked to provide further information for the return as part of a follow up investigation V3 Apparel will conduct with the courier.

By returning your item(s) customers accept responsibility for all returned goods until they are marked as received by V3 Apparel. We recommend safely and securely packaging your return to prevent any damage occurring during transit. Proof of postage must also be maintained, and a tracked delivery service used.

In the event whereby customers choose the return courier, please ensure all delivery charges are paid in full with the required paperwork, information and package details correctly declared to the courier prior to returning any items. Return deliveries with any outstanding charges or missing/incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer. V3 Apparel will not cover any costs for any shipments or packages and will refuse the delivery. In instances where delivery is refused, please contact the courier to arrange the return or redelivery.

We reserve the right to issue store credit in the form of a digital E-gift card to the product value at the time of purchase for any approved return items that are delivered to the pre-approved return address more than 45 days after the original approval date.

All garments are subject to inspection for authenticity purposes and in line with this Returns Policy. V3 Apparel shall check the packaging and conditions of each product returned, being the substantial integrity of such products an essential requirement for refund.

V3 Apparel reserves the right to reject the return of such products that should result to have been damaged, deteriorated, stained or appear to be in a condition that unequivocally shows that they have been used. Customers will be notified in the event a return is rejected and V3 Apparel shall not proceed to credit the amount paid by the customer, reserving the right to claim compensation for any damages attributed by the customer to the items that do not comply with this returns policy. Collection for rejected items can be arranged by the customer, giving V3 Apparel 5 business days prior notice, with any related charges to be covered by the customer. In the event whereby an issue, fault or defect is encountered with the products received, please contact us without starting a return, we will be glad to assist you in resolving this issue.

Approved returns will be refunded at the original purchase price back to the original payment method. For security reasons, V3 Apparel cannot issue any refund to an alternative payment method. V3 Apparel will inform you by email when the refund is processed. In the event whereby a refund is issued in the form of store credit, instructions for redeeming the amount at V3Apparel.com will be emailed to you.

Refunds will take between 5 to 7 business days to be processed by V3 Apparel with up to an additional 14 business days for a refund to be accepted by the customers payment provider.

e. Exchanges

This service is currently available to UK customers only.

If you are located outside of the United Kingdom and would like to exchange an item you purchased, please initiate a return through the Return Center here and place a new order for your preferred size at your convenience.

Customers within the United Kingdom must submit an exchange request for an item of a different size through our Returns Center within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges registered outside of this return period can not be approved and any item(s) returned without submitting an approved exchange request will be refused and cannot be guaranteed to arrive at the correct regional returns warehouse for processing.

Please ensure item(s) are returned in their original condition, with original swing tags and packaging, in line with the V3Apparel.com Returns Policy found here. An order invoice must accompany each return to help identify your return and to act as proof of payment. This can be found within your order package. Packages returned without the required identifying paperwork may experience delays or, may not be processed.

When returning item(s) with a pre-paid Royal Mail return label, packages must be posted in Royal Mail post boxes only to guarantee safe delivery. Royal Mail staff will not accept pre-paid packages within the Post Office as it does not require any further costs.

Exchange requests cannot be accepted for undergarments, gift card or digital E-gift cards, discontinued lines, items marked as 'Final Sale' and sale items purchased within any Sale period.

Items purchased at a 'pop-up shop', outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned for an exchange through V3Apparel.com. These items are not the responsibility of V3 Apparel and may only be returned to the store of the original purchase following the companies own return or exchange procedure.

All garments are subject to inspection for authenticity purposes and in line with our Returns Policy. When registering your exchange through the Returns Center please note that all exchange requests are subject to available inventory and items are not reserved due to the limited nature of V3 Apparel products. Items that cannot be exchanged upon arrival will instead be refunded back to the original payment method in full.

Please note that V3 Apparel cannot cover the shipping charges of any items returned with a courier of a customers choice and V3 Apparel cannot be held responsible for any returned item(s) until they are received by our team. We recommend safely and securely packaging your return to prevent any damage during transit. We also recommend keeping proof of postage and returning your package through a tracked shipping method only. V3 Apparel are not responsible for any packages that go missing during transit by a third party and cannot offer a replacement or reimburse any packages that are lost or damaged in transit, except whereby V3 Apparel has provided a pre-paid return label.

In the event that returned items are found to not be in a suitable condition in accordance with our Return Policy, the exchange will be rejected and customers will be responsible for arranging collection of item(s) within 14 days. It is agreed, by submission of an exchange request, that all returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by our team.

f. Pricing and Availability

The prices of the products will be as displayed on V3Apparel.com Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Refunds can, and will, only be paid to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be made to a different payment method. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Currency can be changed using the currency button at the top of the website, although the price will be charged in GBP (Great British Pounds). The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. All orders are processed in GBP. Worldwide currencies will be converted at checkout to reflect this.

If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.

V3 Apparel.com prices will change occasionally due to demand, stock and sales.

If an item you purchased is now on sale at a lower price V3 Apparel cannot refund you the difference. Any products that go on sale will go back to its original price once the sale has ended. Should a customer wish to purchase the product after the sale has ended, V3 Apparel are unable to provide this product for the sale price.

g. Data Check

We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. There are automated processes in place to filter out any suspicious orders which may be fraudulent. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.

h. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any promotional offer or discount code will be specified at the time of issue. These Terms and Conditions relate to all V3 Apparel promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, sale items, discount codes and only one discount code can be applied per order.
  • Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used with purchases of E-gift cards.
  • Promotional offers and discount codes do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.
  • Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to an order after the order has been placed.
  • If you’ve been given a promotional discount code, then it can only be used by you on your own V3 Apparel account for the purpose for which it was issued.
  • Promotional offers and discount codes are not exchangeable for cash or credit and is non-transferable.
  • You shouldn’t pass your promotional code around your friends, or post it in a forum – you should keep it confidential and only use it for your own purchases through the Website.
  • Look after your promotional code, because we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement and abuse of the code if it inadvertently gets lost and used by someone else will result in its cancellation.
  • Product category and general exclusions may also apply. We will let you know if the promotional code can’t be used against certain brands or product categories in your basket before you complete your purchase.
  • The use of a promotional offer or discount code to buy discounted products from V3 Apparel and then sell them on for a higher price is prohibited.
  • All orders placed with a valid free shipping code will be sent via standard delivery only.
  • All discount codes will be deactivated during sale events and V3 Apparel reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any discount code at any time.
  • Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £500 applies per order.
  • If the promotional offer or discount code has expired, you are not permitted to attempt to use it. 
  • All eligible free shipping offers will be shipped via standard delivery only, please read relevant UK delivery details at V3Apparel.com.
  • Free worldwide shipping only applies for the order subtotal NOT including the shipping rate. To qualify, your subtotal must exceed the required total for your shipping location.
  • Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • V3 Apparel reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time, cancel or refuse any individuals benefit from it and amend these terms and conditions, including the end date at any time.
  • By redeeming the promotional discount code you agree to be bound by V3 Apparel's Terms and Conditions at V3Apparel.com/pages/terms-conditions


i Digital E-Gift Cards

You can purchase E-Gift cards online at V3Apparel.com. E-Gift cards are digital and all E-Gift card sales are final and will be delivered via email, sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. E-Gift cards are only valid for purchases made online at V3Apparel.com only. E-Gift cards are redeemable at V3Apparel.com only and have no additional processing fees. E-Gift cards are applied to the final order total and multiple eGift cards can be applied.

International customers: E-Gift card values are converted from pound sterling value at the latest exchange rate during time of purchase.

E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift cards. E-Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Discounts, promotions and coupons cannot be used to purchase E-Gift Cards.

The risk of loss and title for E-Gift cards pass to the purchases upon our electronic transmission of the E-Gift card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any E-Gift card is lost or stolen, or used without your permission.

We reserve the right to void E-Gift cards, close customer accounts if we suspect that the E-Gift cards are obtained, used, or applied to a V3Apparel.com account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

E-Gift Card's will expire after 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion, provided that we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.

j. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB 9publ), Sveavagen 46, 111 34 Stockhom, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Klarna offers two different Buy Now Pay Later Credit Products in the UK (BNPL Products): Pay in 3 instalments allows a consumer to spread the cost over 3 equal payments. This product is completely interest-free. Pay in 30 days allows a consumer to get up to 30 days to pay for their goods with no interest.

Pay in 3:
Klarna’s Pay in 3 is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal interest-free payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
 
Pay in 30 days:
Pay in 30 days is a credit product which lets you pay any time within 30 days of your purchase interest-free. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into www.klarna/com/uk. Klarna will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed with full details. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.

When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. By purchasing any Final Sale items from our webstore, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Final Sale items are sold on a "Final Sales" basis, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. n. Tax and Duty

In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  V3 Apparel has no control over these charges and we are unable to provide an exact charge for any orders.

Recipients are liable for all customs, import duties and local sale taxes levied by the country in which you reside. Payment for any fees will be required in order to release your package. Please familiarise yourself with your local customs and national postal service to prevent any unwanted charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.  Customers final order value as displayed on V3Apparel.com does not include any additional duties or charges.

Refusal to pay any requested customs duty and import fees related to your order will result in the courier returning the order back to our location. Upon return, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% handling fee of the order subtotal will be deducted from any final refund. This deduction also includes any orders originally purchased with free shipping.

For more information on customs fees, please contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order. V3 Apparel are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during delivery and cannot provided financial reimbursement for any customs, import duties or local sale taxes.
