V3 Apparel Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPATION

1. Introduction:

• These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the V3 Apparel Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway").
• By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Entry into the Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) aged 18 years or older.

2. Promotional Period:

• The Giveaway commences at 12:00 AM (GMT) on 01/11/2023 and concludes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on 01/11/2024 (the "Promotional Period").

3. Entry:

• To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must: a) Visit the V3 Apparel Giveaway web page directly at www.v3apparel.com/pages/v3-apparel-monthly-giveaway. b) Follow the instructions listed on the Giveaway Page (the "Qualifying Entry").
• Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: a) Only one (1) entry is permitted for every Qualifying Entry. b) Each Entrant is only eligible to win one Prize.

4. Eligibility:

• Employees (and their immediate families and close associates) of V3 Apparel and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• V3 Apparel reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants, including age and place of residence, and disqualify any Entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

5. PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION

Prizes:

• The winner of the Giveaway will receive one (1) item from V3Apparel.com with free shipping.
• The selected item must be in stock and available on V3Apparel.com.
• V3 Apparel reserves the right to change the selected item if the requested item is not available.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all valid entries.
• The drawing will take place within 30 days after the end of each monthly Promotional Period.
• The winner will be announced within V3 Apparel's monthly email newsletter sent from the email address [support@v3apparel.com].

Notification and Prize Claim:

• The winner must regularly check their email to determine if they have won.
• V3 Apparel will not contact winners independently. Winners must contact V3 Apparel after seeing their name announced as the winner.
• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days from the date of the announcement.

General

Liability:

• V3 Apparel's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
• V3 Apparel is not responsible for any lost or misdirected prizes or any other issues related to the delivery of prizes.

Privacy:

• By entering the Giveaway, Entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
• Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with V3 Apparel's privacy policy.

Modification and Cancellation:

• V3 Apparel reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Governing Law:

• These Terms and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
