Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with V3 Apparel. By using our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all countries and territories to which V3 Apparel ships. They create a legally binding agreement between you and V3 Apparel Limited (referred to as V3 Apparel, we, us or our).

1. Use of our website

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through it (the Services) are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Services you agree to all of these terms as they may be updated from time to time. You should check this page regularly for any changes.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time.

This website contains links to third party websites not operated by V3 Apparel. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

2. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we use your personal information and can be found at v3apparel.com/pages/privacy-policy. By using this website you warrant that all data you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

3. Prohibited use

You must not misuse this website. You must not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit viruses or other harmful material, hack into any aspect of the Service, corrupt data, infringe anyone's proprietary rights, send unsolicited marketing communications, or attempt to affect the performance of any computer systems accessed through this website.

Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and disclose your identity to them.

The use of automated systems to extract data from this website for commercial purposes is prohibited without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the software and content on this website belong to V3 Apparel or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws worldwide. You may store, print and display content solely for your own personal use. You may not publish, distribute or reproduce any content for commercial purposes.

5. Terms of Sale

5a. Placing an order

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid credit or debit card to place an order.

When you submit an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when your order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a fulfilment confirmation email.

All orders are processed in GBP. If your local currency differs, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate, which is outside our control.

5b. Our right to refuse or cancel an order

We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock
  • We are unable to verify your billing information
  • Your order has been flagged as potentially fraudulent by our security systems
  • We have reason to believe you are reselling our products without prior agreement
  • We are unable to deliver to the address provided
  • An event outside our control prevents fulfilment
  • There is a pricing or other error on our website

We do not ship to PO Box delivery addresses. Orders placed with a PO Box address will be held until an alternative delivery address is provided.

5c. Order cancellation

We begin processing orders almost immediately after they are placed and cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. If cancellation is not possible, your order will be delivered and can be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day after delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right please contact us at support@v3apparel.com with your order number, full name and delivery address.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit you will need to accept delivery and follow our standard returns process. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition we will issue a full refund including the original standard delivery charge. We are not required to refund enhanced or express delivery charges.

5d. Delivery

V3 Apparel aims to dispatch orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not ship on UK public holidays.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates given by the relevant courier. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control including postal delays and force majeure events.

Where possible we will dispatch all items in your order together. We reserve the right to split deliveries if part of your order is delayed or unavailable and will notify you by email if this occurs. No additional delivery charge will apply.

Please check all delivery information carefully before placing your order. We are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been confirmed. V3 Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

For orders confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, or showing no tracking update for more than four weeks, we will arrange a replacement shipment as a first resolution. A refund will only be issued if the replacement also fails to be delivered.

5e. Undeliverable orders and address errors

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will contact you on its return, which typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. You may choose to have the order reshipped at your cost or request a refund. If you choose a refund, the original shipping charge and a 15% handling fee on the order subtotal will be deducted. This applies to orders that qualified for free shipping as well.

5f. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30 day return period from your delivery date on eligible items. All returns must be submitted through our Returns Centre at v3apparel.returnscenter.com. Please refer to our full Returns Policy at v3apparel.com/pages/returns-policy for complete details.

Key points:

  • Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Once approved, ship your item within 14 days
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with swing tags attached
  • Include your order invoice with every return
  • Return postage is at your cost unless a pre-paid label has been provided
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method

The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Final Sale items, except where faulty or not as described
  • Items from our Only Sale Event of the Year, except where faulty or not as described
  • Undergarments, for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards and digital e-gift cards
  • Discontinued lines
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

Standard sale items (not Final Sale) may be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be issued as store credit rather than to the original payment method.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you always have the right to a full refund, repair or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale. This statutory right is not affected by our returns policy.

5g. Exchanges

Free size exchanges are available to UK customers only within 30 days of delivery. Visit v3apparel.returnscenter.com and select Replace with the same item. A pre-paid Royal Mail return label will be provided. Post your return in a Royal Mail post box only.

International customers wishing to exchange should initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for their preferred size.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5h. Pricing and availability

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and included in the total price shown at confirmation.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and offer the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot reach you the order will be cancelled and refunded.

We do not provide price adjustments if an item you purchased goes on sale after your order is placed.

5i. Promotional offers and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes. The following conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order
  • Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or sale items
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed
  • Codes cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards
  • Codes do not apply to shipping charges or taxes
  • Codes are personal and must only be used by the intended recipient on their own account
  • Codes must not be shared publicly or used for resale purposes
  • All free shipping codes apply to standard delivery only
  • A maximum pre-discount spend of £500 applies per order
  • All discount codes are deactivated during sale events
  • Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded at the discounted price paid
  • Codes that have expired cannot be used

V3 Apparel reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any promotional code at any time and to amend these conditions.

5j. Digital e-gift cards

E-gift cards are available to purchase at v3apparel.com. All e-gift card sales are final. E-gift cards are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

  • E-gift cards are redeemable only at v3apparel.com
  • Multiple e-gift cards can be applied to a single order
  • E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards
  • E-gift cards cannot be reloaded, transferred for value or redeemed for cash except where required by law
  • Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards
  • E-gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase
  • For international customers, e-gift card values are converted from GBP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase

V3 Apparel is not responsible for e-gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without your permission. We reserve the right to void e-gift cards where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5k. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavagen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following Buy Now Pay Later payment options:

Pay in 3: Spread the cost over 3 equal interest-free payments. The first payment is taken at purchase, the second 30 days later and the third 60 days from the purchase date. Payments are taken automatically from your debit or credit card.

Pay in 30 days: Pay any time within 30 days of purchase, interest-free, using the Klarna app or at klarna.com/uk.

Klarna's Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively affect your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Available to UK residents aged 18 and over, subject to status. Terms and late fees apply. For full details visit klarna.com.

5l. Clearpay

In partnership with Clearpay Finance Ltd we offer Clearpay as a payment option. Clearpay splits your order into 4 equal automatic payments due every 2 weeks, interest-free. Late fees apply.

Clearpay is available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address. Subject to eligibility. See clearpay.co.uk/terms for full details.

Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard returns process. Refunds for Clearpay purchases will be processed back to Clearpay. Until we confirm receipt of a return, you remain liable to continue making your scheduled payments to Clearpay.

Full disclaimer: Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks. You must be 18 and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if still unpaid after 7 days. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. Clearpay is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. T&Cs apply at clearpay.co.uk/terms.

5m. Sale items

Standard sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued as store credit at the original sale price paid rather than to the original payment method.

Final Sale items are sold on a final basis and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If you receive a Final Sale item that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you retain your full legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement. Please contact us at support@v3apparel.com before starting a return for any faulty item.

5n. Duties and taxes

EU orders

V3 Apparel is registered on the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. All import duties and VAT are paid by us at the point of sale for orders delivered to EU countries. You will not be asked to pay any customs charges upon delivery.

On rare occasions a local customs office may incorrectly hold a parcel and request payment. This is a mistake and you should not pay any additional charges. If this happens please contact us at support@v3apparel.com and we will help you resolve it with your local customs office.

Rest of World orders

For orders delivered outside the EU, customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches its destination. These charges are set by your local government and are outside our control. As the recipient you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or local taxes. Payment will be required to release your parcel.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and your order is returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. Fraud prevention

We may run checks on your order and payment details before dispatch, including address verification and fraud screening. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent will be held until identity and payment can be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where fraud is suspected.

7. Disclaimer of liability

The material on this website is provided without any guarantees or warranties as to its accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V3 Apparel excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Linking to our website

You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation. You must not establish a link that suggests any association, approval or endorsement where none exists. This website must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V3 Apparel, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any third party claims, liability, damages or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Variation

V3 Apparel reserves the right to amend, remove or vary the Services and any page of this website at any time and without notice.

11. Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Where possible, any unenforceable provision will be interpreted to most closely reflect the original intent of that provision.

12. Waiver

If we fail to exercise any right or remedy under these terms on any occasion, we retain the right to do so on any subsequent occasion.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and V3 Apparel regarding your use of this website and any purchases made through it. They supersede all prior agreements and representations. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by a Director of V3 Apparel.
