Dance Fitness

For dance fitness, choose stretchy, supportive activewear that stays in place through fast changes of direction. V3 Apparel seamless leggings, sports bras and shorts use high-stretch, sweat-wicking fabric and a high-rise fit, so you can focus on the music and the movement rather than adjusting your kit.

Yes. Our seamless activewear uses high-stretch fabric that moves in every direction and returns to shape after each movement. That unrestricted stretch and recovery lets you lunge, twist, jump and spin through a full class without feeling held back.

Our high-rise waistbands are designed to stay put through energetic movement, and the seamless construction removes bulky seams that can rub or shift. Pair your leggings with one of our supportive sports bras for a secure, comfortable fit from warm-up to cool-down.

Yes. Our sweat-wicking fabric moves moisture away from your skin so you stay comfortable through high-energy classes. Our squat proof leggings and shorts stay opaque when the fabric stretches, so you can drop into a deep move or a floor sequence with confidence.

Our activewear is designed to be true to size and is available in XS, S, M and L. Use the size chart on each product page (in cm and inches) and match it to your measurements. UK customers can exchange for a different size within 30 days.
