Entry is free and we're located at stands 1 & 2 where you can be the first to shop our latest drop, meet the team which includes your favourite Welsh athletes and influencers and hit a flex on our 360 camera booth.

There'll also be many other fitness, nutrition and wellbeing companies exhibiting from across the UK, with live workout events, training lectures, guest speakers and the chance to witness the best UK athletes compete in the Welsh fitness Classic bodybuilding competition.

In Wales we have one of the largest and most active fitness communities. These communities are dedicated to the fitness lifestyle and spend accordingly. Until now, there has been no expo catering to this huge community.

The inaugural Welsh Fitness Expo will bring together our most dedicated fitness enthusiasts, keep-fitters and weekend warriors to meet the best the fitness industry has to offer. The Welsh Fitness Expo is to be held at the All Nations Centre, Cardiff, Wales on Saturday, 2nd July 2022.
