Each month, V3 Apparel is giving away 2 digital e-gift cards worth £50 each to one lucky winner who subscribes to our email newsletter. Every entrant will also receive an entry prize consisting of a range of exclusive discounts to use on our products.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the competition, simply subscribe to the V3 Apparel email newsletter using the signup form within the giveaway page at V3Apparel.com.

ENTRY PERIOD:
The giveaway runs monthly, starting from the first day of each month at 12:00 AM (GMT) and ending at 11:59 PM (GMT) on the last day of the month. Entries received outside of the specified time frame will not be considered for that month’s giveaway.

PRIZE DETAILS:

• Two £50 V3 Apparel e-gift cards are available each month, awarded to one lucky winner.
• Each entrant will receive an exclusive discount code applicable on V3 Apparel purchases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER INFORMATION

1.1. The promoter is V3 Apparel Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1.2. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform or affiliated third parties.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. Subscribe to the V3 Apparel email newsletter through the competition signup form on the V3 Apparel website. No purchase necessary.

2.2. Each person may only enter once per month. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.

2.3. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or illegible will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom.

3.2. Employees of V3 Apparel, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the giveaway are ineligible.

3.3. A valid email address is required to participate.

3.4. By entering, you confirm that your entry is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

3.5. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

4.1. The prize includes two digital e-gift cards worth £50 each, awarded monthly to one winner.

4.2. A unique discount code will be provided to all entrants, with discount amounts varying.

4.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4.4. If circumstances arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1. The winner will be selected randomly by a computer process or under the supervision of an independent party.

5.2. V3 Apparel will contact the winner within three business days of the draw via the email address provided at entry.

5.3. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or it may be forfeited and offered to an alternate entrant.

5.4. In compliance with promotional regulations, we will publish the surname and county of the winner upon request unless the winner requests anonymity.

6. PUBLICITY & DATA PROTECTION

6.1. By entering, you consent to V3 Apparel potentially sharing your entry for promotional purposes on social media or other channels.

6.2. The personal data collected during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with V3 Apparel’s Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V3 Apparel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the giveaway, except where it results from our negligence.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
