Cross Training

For cross training, choose activewear that stays in place, stays opaque and keeps you comfortable through varied movements. V3 Apparel seamless leggings, supportive sports bras and shorts use sweat-wicking, high-stretch fabric and a high-rise fit, so you can move from lifts to sprints to floor work without adjusting your kit.

Yes. Our squat proof leggings and shorts stay opaque when the fabric stretches, so they do not turn see-through when you squat, deadlift, lunge or bend. The seamless, high-stretch fabric moves with you, giving reliable coverage through every rep.

Our high-rise waistbands are designed to stay put through burpees, jumps and fast transitions, and the seamless construction removes bulky seams that can rub or shift. Pair your leggings with one of our supportive sports bras for a secure, comfortable fit from warm-up to cool-down.

Yes. Sweat-wicking fabric moves moisture away from your skin so you stay comfortable through intense sessions, while high-stretch fabric moves in every direction and returns to shape after each movement. That makes our kit suited to the mix of strength, cardio and mobility work that cross training demands.

Our activewear is designed to be true to size and is available in XS, S, M and L. Use the size chart on each product page (in cm and inches) and match it to your measurements. UK customers can exchange for a different size within 30 days.
